How does TechWolf integrate with SAP SuccessFactors?
TechWolf connects to SAP SuccessFactors through three bi-directional integrations:
- Attributes Library Sync – Your skills taxonomy stays current through file-based integration via SFTP and Integration Center. TechWolf's skills, including descriptions, proficiency scales, and skill clusters (which become Tags in SAP), sync directly to your Attributes Library.
- Job Profile Builder Sync – Job skills are synchronized via OData APIs. When job SMEs validate AI-generated skill profiles in TechWolf, those skills push directly to job roles in SAP—including any new skills not yet in your Attributes Library.
- Growth Portfolio Sync – Employee skills flow bi-directionally via REST APIs. Skills inferred from work are surfaced through the TechWolf Skill Assistant (in Teams or Slack), and once validated, sync immediately to the employee's Growth Portfolio.
All integrations ensure SAP SuccessFactors remains your system of record while TechWolf provides the intelligence layer.

TechWolf can help accelerate your TIH adoption. Many customers use TechWolf's skills data as the foundation for their TIH rollout—it's easier to enable a platform when the data is already there.
If you're still on Job Description Manager or an earlier configuration, our team can work with your SAP administrators to plan a phased approach: enable TIH, populate it with TechWolf data, and then light up downstream modules like Career and Talent Development.

No, TechWolf is not currently offering an off-the-shelf tool for creating a Job Architecture from scratch.
