TechWolf connects to three groups of sources. First, HR and talent systems: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, resumes, performance reviews, and job architecture data. Second, systems of work, where employees leave evidence of the work they do every day: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Third, learning platforms such as Cornerstone, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy, which feed course completions as skill evidence.
We ingest through APIs where a system supports them and fall back to secure file transfer where it doesn't. Rollouts are phased: core HR sources come first, and work-system connectors follow in later waves based on your scoping. One boundary worth stating up front: we don't pull from LinkedIn profiles or other public sources. Skills come from data your organization already owns.
