📅 The Timeline

- Summit Day 1: Sunday, May 3rd
- Summit Day 2: Monday, May 4th
✈️ Getting to Ghent
Ghent is a hidden gem, but luckily, it’s incredibly well-connected.
- By Air: Fly into Brussels Airport (BRU). From there, it is a direct 55-minute train ride to the Gent-Sint-Pieters station. Trains run roughly every 30 minutes.
- By Rail (Eurostar/Thalys): If you are coming from London, Paris, or Amsterdam, take the high-speed rail to Brussels-South (Bruxelles-Midi). From there, catch a local train to Ghent (a short 30-minute hop).
Pro Tip: Once at the Ghent station, a 10-minute taxi or a scenic tram ride (Line 1) will take you straight to the city center.
🏨 Where to Stay
We recommend staying at the Yalo Hotel. It’s a vibrant, boutique spot with a fantastic rooftop bar and a central location that’s just a short walk from our venue at the Wintercircus.
- Location: Brabantdam 33, 9000 Gent.
- The Vibe: Urban, "rock-and-roll" chic, and very TechWolf.
🍽️ The Ghent Dining Scene: Local Meets Global
Ghent’s food scene is as diverse as its architecture. While we’re proud of our local icons, the city’s international kitchen is where the real innovation happens.
