What is the Skill Strategy Summit?
This year, for the first time, we're adding an HR track to the AI Day.
This invite-only summit, hosted by TechWolf and The Learning Forum at the iconic Wintercircus venue in Ghent, brings together a select number of the most influential HR, Talent, and Skills leaders across the globe for two days of high-impact exchange combined with visiting the beautiful city of Ghent.
For Who?
Whether you're a TechWolf customer, or still exploring how to scale work & skills intelligence across your organization, AI Day is where ideas ignite.
We're looking for CHROs, Heads of Talent, Heads of Skills. Not the ones saying they'll become skills-first or task-driven, but the ones actually doing so.
You'll not only be surrounded by top-notch, innovative peers, but also by the AI scientists & innovators that we'll bringing together during AI day.

High-level, this is what you can expect:
- Sunday May 3rd - A Tour of the Old and New Ghent
- The old: We gather in Ghent's medieval center for a charming visit to all the city's highlights
- The new: We continue with a visit to the Wintercircus' AI incubator and TechWolf's HQ
- Closing the day with dinner in the city center
- Monday May 4th - The Skills Strategy Summit
- Start HR track (workshops, presentations, roundtables)
- 5 PM: Closing HR track & apero on rooftop
- 6 PM: Start AI Day evening track with eye-opening AI speakers
