AI Day 2025 is a high-impact, invite-only gathering that will bring together 500 of the most influential AI researchers, engineers, founders, and investors from Belgium and beyond.
What is the Skill Strategy Summit?
This invite-only event, hosted by TechWolf at the iconic Wintercircus venue in Ghent, brings together 30-40 of the most influential Talent, Learning, and Skills leaders across the globe for two days of high-impact exchange combined with visiting the beautiful city of Ghent.

High-level, this is what you can expect:
- Sunday May 3rd - A Tour of the Old and New Ghent
- The old: We gather in Ghent's medieval center for a charming visit to all the city's highlights
- The new: We continue with a visit to the Wintercircus' AI incubator and TechWolf's HQ
- Closing the day with dinner in the city center
- Monday May 4th - The Work Intelligence Summit
- 12 PM: lunch
- 2 PM: start HR track:Dedicated w
- 5 PM: closing HR track & apero on rooftop
- 6 PM: start AI Day evening track with eye-opening AI speakers
